Blossom (voiced by Cathy Cavadini) is one of the main characters in the animated television series "Powerpuff Girls." She has long, light red-orange hair, pink eyes, and usually wears a pink dress with a black belt and a red bow on the top of her head and a heart-shaped hairclip when seen from behind. She is known for being the smartest one and the leader of the Powerpuff Girls. She often The story was the typical rich handsome boss and normal/poor girl story, despite it being quite cliche it still had its own cheerful vibe to it which made it seem more unique and special. Being a romantic comedy of course there has to be a love triangle and thus there's the appearance of the 2nd female lead who you would hate but in the end Blitzo is Loona's adoptive father and boss, having been adopted by Blitzo when she was, according to herself, "almost 18". She enjoys a difficult father-daughter style relationship with Blitzo. Loona has been shown to be conflicted in her feelings towards Blitzo, as evidenced by her rebellious streaks and external "aloofness" towards some of her father's requests, which have at times become pb3WR.
